How to use the aim trainer

  1. Choose a round length.
  2. Click the targets as they appear, as quickly and accurately as you can.
  3. At the end you get hits, accuracy and targets per second. Your best per round length is saved, and you can share or save your result.

What it trains

This drills two things every first-person shooter rewards: flick aim, snapping the cursor onto a target precisely, and click timing, firing the instant you are on target. Chasing raw speed at the cost of accuracy is a common trap; a slightly slower, more accurate run usually beats a fast, sloppy one in real games.

Frequently asked questions

How can I improve my aim for FPS games?

Short, regular sessions beat long ones. Focus on accuracy first and let speed follow, keep a consistent mouse sensitivity, and warm up with a few rounds before you play.

What counts as good targets per second?

It depends on target size and round length, but most players land between 1 and 2 targets per second with high accuracy. Track your own average and aim to beat it.

Are my aim trainer scores uploaded?

No. The trainer runs entirely in your browser and your scores stay in the current tab.

Where you'd use this

Warming up before a session, and tracking whether practice is actually improving accuracy rather than just feeling productive.

For example: Before a ranked session you run 60 seconds of targets and hit 78% accuracy at 1.2 targets per second. A week of warm-ups later it is 84% — a real improvement, measured, not imagined.
